Information We Collect

Contact and quote forms. Name, company, email, phone number, route and freight details, and anything you write in the message.

Owner-operator (lease-on) applications. When you apply to our lease-on program we collect the answers you provide:

• Contact details: name, phone, email, preferred language, city and state or province.
• Profile: individual or small fleet, number of trucks, who drives and availability.
• Driver qualifications you self-report: CDL-A and medical card status, years of experience, reefer experience and the state that issued the CDL.
• Safety history you self-report for the last three years: preventable accidents, moving violations, serious offenses, FMCSA Clearinghouse status and SAP / return-to-duty status.
• Equipment: tractor ownership, year, make and model, registration status, last annual inspection date, trailer and equipment type.
• Operation preferences: where the truck is available, states or provinces you prefer or avoid, ability to cross into Canada and home-time limitations.
• The consents you give and when you gave them.

The website application does not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license number, passport or FAST card numbers, bank information, drug test results or copies of documents. If you move forward, we will request any required documents later through a secure channel.

Technical and campaign data. Pages visited, device type, the site that referred you and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source or utm_campaign). Analytics events record actions such as opening the application or completing a step number; they never include your answers, name, phone or email.

Application Drafts Saved on Your Device

While you fill out the lease-on application, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue later. The draft is not sent to us until you press Submit, it is deleted automatically after 6 hours, and you can delete it at any time with "Delete my answers".

How We Use Your Information

• To answer inquiries, prepare quotes and provide freight services.
• To review lease-on applications and contact you about them. An initial pre-qualification helps us organize applications, but no application is approved or rejected automatically: a person on our team makes that decision, together with compliance and our insurance carrier.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including FMCSA and U.S. DOT requirements.
• To protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns work so we can improve them.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that run the website, forms, email and analytics (for example Cloudflare for hosting and form storage, and Resend for internal email notifications), who may use it only to provide those services to us.
• If your lease-on application moves forward: with our insurance carrier and safety/compliance providers as needed to evaluate your eligibility. We will tell you before any background check, motor vehicle record or Clearinghouse query and ask for your separate written authorization when the law requires it.
• When required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our company, drivers and the public.

Calls and Text Messages

If you give consent in a form, we may call, text or email you about your inquiry or application. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or agreement. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and record-keeping obligations, and then delete or anonymize it. The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored with the personal details encrypted, and access to applicant information is limited to the people who need it. Owner-operator and driver applications are also copied to our internal applicant-tracking system (CRM), which we operate ourselves and protect with access controls; the safety history you report (accidents, violations, serious offenses, Clearinghouse, SAP and screening answers) and your home-time notes are not copied there. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on the state or province where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for making a request.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and navigation — so we can find where people get stuck. What you type into our forms is masked and is never recorded: your name, phone, email and notes stay out of those recordings. These tools may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
