Does Jaky's rent out its authority, DOT or MC number?

No. We do not rent out authority, DOT or MC numbers. Jaky's Transport Inc. is an asset-based motor carrier, not a broker. Our lease-on program is a written agreement with owner-operators who bring their own tractor and run under the carrier's authority.

What do I need to qualify for the lease-on program?

You need a valid CDL-A and medical card, 3+ years of verifiable experience, and equipment subject to inspection. The driver must be at least 21 (49 CFR 391.11) and able to read and speak English well enough for road signs, inspections and paperwork. Your tractor can be owned outright, financed or leased.

What are the settlement terms?

Settlement terms depend on your equipment and type of operation. We walk you through them on a call before you sign or send any documents. Nothing is committed until you have heard the full breakdown of expenses, insurance and conditions.

What does Jaky's handle, and what do I handle?

You drive; we run the back office. Jaky's handles dispatch, load negotiation, invoicing, tracking, and compliance and safety support.

What happens after I submit the application?

The process runs in seven steps: application, pre-qualification, human review, terms explained, secure documents, insurance and inspection, contract and onboarding. Applying does not mean approval — final decisions are made by our compliance team and the insurer. No application is approved or rejected automatically; a person on our team makes that decision.

Does the application ask for my SSN, license number or bank information?

No. The website application does not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license number, passport or FAST card numbers, bank information, drug test results or copies of documents. If you move forward, we request any required documents later through a secure channel. Do not send sensitive documents over WhatsApp until the team gives you instructions.

Will you run a background check, MVR or Clearinghouse query when I apply?

Nothing is run when you apply. Each check — background, MVR, FMCSA PSP, Clearinghouse query and pre-employment drug test — requires a separate disclosure and your signed authorization later, as federal law requires. We tell you before any of them.
